Showcase Digital is an annual ETOA event bringing together buyers and providers of travel technology and digital services. Part of the day is dedicated to discussing the challenges that travel businesses face in the digital space, looking at solutions, and the effect these may have on the future of our industry.
In 2015, we selected six topics of current interest for these discussions, and session leaders to guide each conversation. The session leaders are experts in their chosen topic, and we thank them for their insight and thought leadership.
The key challenges are around visibility, keeping up with innovation and remaining customer-centric. This discussion paper summarises the points that were raised around these challenges, and the technology solutions available to overcome them.
